The Management Team provides ongoing support for the business and operational affairs of Plum Creek Dental Group and Crossroads Dental Group. The Management Team is also responsible for formulating a long term growth strategy in the changing health care environment, as well as directing corporate charitable and philanthropic efforts. All business decisions made by the Management Team are based on principles found in Scripture.

Dr. Malcolm Berg is president and CEO of the Management Team. He is a dental graduate of Southern Illinois University and also received his MBA from Troy University.

Deborah Berg, RDH is CFO of the Management Team, having over ten years experience in collections, acquisitions, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University.
